SMR Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. was formed in 1978 by Dr. Wayne Rosso in response to an identified need for an integrated professional services company to primarily serve the area’s mining industry. The growing regulatory and public demand to better manage our precious water, soil, air, and other natural resources served as the impetus for SMR’s evolution into a comprehensive environmental services company.
